Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days; public holidays are excluded.
We ship most of our international orders ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Most items are available to ship domestically from our USA warehouse in LA. Occasionally, we might ship directly from our factory warehouse in Shenzhen, China. We offer two shipping options: free shipping (orders over $100USD) & standard shipping.
Incoming orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays and will be dispatched in 12-48 hours after the order is placed.

If you purchased a product from our website (www.bagsekai.com) and are not happy with it, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.*
Return centers are in the USA (LA), UK (Birmingham), and China (Shen Zhen).
• All merchandise returned must be unworn, unused and received in its brand new, original condition. All hangtags must be attached and each item must be shipped in its original packaging.
• We do not refund credit card and transaction fees. These fees and costs will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
• Shipping costs and customs/import duties and taxes are non-refundable.
• Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping back product(s) to us.**
• There are no refunds on items damaged or lost during shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
• We have the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
*Please note that it can take up to 10 days to process your return once we receive the items back. Most returns are processed within 2-3 days.
**Original Shipping Costs and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the reason for return is warranty defect.
